Barkly Square Reserve is the home of Kyneton Districts
During a recent travel I was able to get take these photos from Kyneton Districts Soccer Club’s Barkley Square venue that is set on the corner of Wedge & Beauchamp Streets. The venue holds two full size pitches that are sloped from the clubrooms downwards.
The club in 2014 joined the FFV State Leagues and competed in the State League 5 West division after a number of years in the Metropolitan/Thirds leagues. They finished fifth out of the seven teams, eight originally but was reduced after the withdraw of Oak Park. The senior teams biggest win was a 9-0 slaughter of Melbourne Lions.
