Men’s State League 1
o South Springvale SC have been reinstated in MSL 1 as per regulation 10.4.3a & 10.4.4a
 
Men’s State League 2
o Peninsula Strikers have been reinstated to MSL 2 as per regulation 10.4.3a & 10.4.4a
 
Men’s State League 3
o Fawkner Soccer Club have been reinstated to MSL 3 as per regulation 10.4.3a & 10.4.4a
 
Men’s State League 4
o Hampton Park United Sparrows FC Sparrows as per regulation 10.4.3d & 10.4.4a
 
The other side effects will be that some teams will be required to shift leagues between the North/West/East/South to balance out the divisions. The FFV has plans to confirm all changes on the 25th.
